MEET OUR FOUNDER
Dr. Joyce Ayesu has been involved in Christian ministry all of her adult life. Born into a family of believers, Dr. Ayesu accepted the Lord at an early age and enjoyed serving God’s people.
She believes in giving back to her community and serves as a volunteer for the US Red Cross as well as in her native country of Ghana. She strives to be an example of a virtuous woman – a woman who serves God with all her heart, mind, and soul. She seeks God’s will for her life and follows His ways.
Dr. Ayesu is an inspirational speaker with a heart for people and servanthood. As the founder of Nourishment From Above, she is driven by her God-given responsibility to care for underserved populations in Ghana and the USA. In addition to raising three children, Edward, Claudia, Princess, and three adopted siblings,
She is the president of the Minnesota Christian Academy International School in Ghana, which serves the rural impoverished village of Amponsah and its surrounding communities, providing low-cost educational training and tools and scholarships to over 500 school-age children. As a leader in the workplace and ministry, she is committed to harnessing the
power of her networks to create even more opportunities for transformation in the communities she serves.

Sarah is a cyber-security content analyst who is passionate about child education and welfare and has a love for unity, continuity, and building capacity within her community.
